How a project runs
A project begins with a survey of the works you want done and the works the vessel needs. We put a scope and a sequence to it, quote the trades, and hold the schedule together while the work happens.
You deal with one point of contact rather than eleven contractors. Progress, variations and costs are reported as the job moves, not at the end of it.
