Our base is the slipway at Flying Fish Point, at the mouth of the Johnstone River near Innisfail. It sits a little over an hour south of Cairns, right near the southern jewel of the Great Barrier Reef.
Storage facilities, sandblasting and painting, along with refit and repair services, are all available from this hub. It is a working slipway rather than a marina promenade, which is precisely why it is useful: the vessel goes up, the trades come in, and the job gets done.

Facilities
Hardstand storage for vessels in work or laid up between seasons. Sandblasting and painting under supervision. Timber, glass and engineering trades on call. Secure access and long-term parking for owners and crew who stay with their vessel through a refit.
For works beyond the capacity of the slipway, we arrange haul out, dry docking and ship lifting at facilities elsewhere in Australia and manage the project there on your behalf.
